💼 About This Role

You'll deliver live virtual training that turns existing curricula into job-ready skills for newly hired Virtual Assistants. You'll run classes, guide hands-on exercises, and coach learners 1:1 or in small groups. This role offers impactful onboarding work with a fast-growing remote staffing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily Google Meet classes on Wing policies and client etiquette.
• Deliver live demos for tools like Calendly, Slack, and Asana.
• Conduct client-readiness drills on email tone and task intake.
• Track learner progress in LMS and issue readiness sign-offs.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in live training or facilitation.
• Experience with assessing trainees and bridging operational gaps.
• Skilled at group management and keeping sessions engaging.
• Comfortable with LMS, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

✨ Nice to Have

• BPO coaching or training enablement experience.
• Experience with Thinkific or similar LMS.
• Background in virtual assistant onboarding.
