💼 About This Role

You'll optimize sales AI-powered technology stack and support Sales team pipeline campaigns. You'll enable data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization. This role bridges sales and marketing using AI automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and troubleshoot Sales tooling and AI capabilities
• Build and maintain AI workflows, lead flows, and scoring frameworks
• Maintain integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools
• Partner with Marketing Demand Generation for campaign execution

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Sales or Marketing Operations experience
• Expert-level HubSpot (Marketing Hub) skills
• Expert-level Salesforce skills
• AI knowledge for GTM workflows

• Experience with BI/reporting tools
• Basic coding/scripting (SQL, Python, Javascript, APIs)
