You'll shape customer experience and drive scalable improvements to user support and onboarding at Hiive, a platform redefining liquidity for private companies. You'll amplify the voice of the customer and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain onboarding operational processes for compliance and efficiency.
• Support customers via email with product guidance and technical support.
• Identify friction points in workflows and advocate for process improvements.
• Write and maintain Hiive's knowledge base for self-serve support.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years in customer-facing or operational role in SaaS or fintech.
• Technical aptitude to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience writing and maintaining customer knowledge base content.
