You'll lead the talent engine that powers growth at a purpose-driven RIA. You'll personally close critical advisor searches and build a scalable recruiting system. This player-coach role offers equity ownership and a culture recognized with 15 consecutive "Best Places to Work" awards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive top-of-funnel generation through proactive passive sourcing and industry mapping.
• Lead recruiting for New Market Growth Advisors and Lead Advisors from engagement to close.
• Design and refine sourcing playbooks, interview frameworks, and candidate experience.
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and drive timely decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting senior, client-facing, revenue-generating talent.
• Proven ability to build and manage recruiting pipelines and tracking systems.
• Strong hunter and closer mindset with track record of sourcing passive candidates.
• Player-coach mindset with experience mentoring other recruiters.
