You'll join our sales team as the first point of contact for private landlords, guiding them through the rental process on our marketplace. With a consultative approach, you'll help activate underutilized apartments. You'll work with over 300 qualified leads per month and benefit from short sales cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage own sales targets using over 300 qualified leads monthly
• Advise landlords on pricing strategies and target audiences
• Proactively contact landlords via phone and email to drive conversions
• Guide landlords from first contact through successful rental onboarding

📋 Requirements

• First experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Start-up or scale-up environment with customer contact
• Goal-oriented and self-responsible work style with clear KPIs
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
