- Own full renewal motion for annual and multi-year contracts
- Deliver accurate renewal forecasts and detailed reporting
๐ Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations
- Proven ability to lead high-volume renewal operations in a subscription-based business
- Experience managing globally distributed teams, especially offshore
- Strong operational excellence and analytical skills with process design expertise
