💼 About This Role

You'll deliver rehabilitative programming in an in-prison substance use disorder treatment program, facilitating classes and individual sessions. Your work will help incarcerated individuals build release plans and develop lasting change. This role offers training in a therapeutic community within the criminal justice system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate CBI classes using evidence-based curriculum.
• Conduct individual sessions for release prevention plans.
• Evaluate and document participant progress in ARMS.
• Collaborate with CDCR and institutional staff.

📋 Requirements

• Current AOD Registration with an approved organization.
• Obtain AOD certification within five years of registration.
• Knowledge of ISUDTP contractual requirements.
• Operational knowledge of MS Office Suite and ARMS.

• Experience with substance abuse treatment programs.
• Understanding of causes and effects of substance abuse.
