💼 About This Role

You'll lead Professional Services enablement at Stripe, developing programs that equip the team with deep product knowledge and technical skills. Your work directly accelerates time-to-value for Stripe's users and drives revenue realization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop long-term vision and strategy for ProServ enablement.
• Establish KPIs and analytics to track enablement impact.
• Communicate enablement strategies to senior ProServ leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM Enablement, and Partners teams.
• Design and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and just-in-time resources.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in a technical consulting or enablement role.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum design.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.

• Experience developing technical certification content.
• Professional experience with e-learning software or LMS.
• Experience working in payments industry or consulting.
