You'll source and place therapy providers for a 90-day hiring sprint at Thrive Therapies Group. You'll own a specific set of roles and geographies, achieving 25-35 signed hires. This is a high-intensity, high-reward contract role with per-hire bonuses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source qualified providers through Indeed Resume Search and referrals
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing
• Conduct 8-12 phone screens daily during peak periods
• Achieve 25-35 signed hires within 90 days

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years healthcare or therapy recruitment experience
• Proven high-volume placements (20+ hires in a quarter)
• Experience sourcing SLPs, OTs, PTs, or School Psychologists
• Indeed power user with posting optimization skills

✨ Nice to Have

• School-based recruitment experience
• Experience with ABA or mental health counseling roles
• Familiarity with Thrive Talent Platform
