Description

You will lead site development projects from start to finish, coordinating with crews, superintendents, and clients to ensure efficient and correct completion. Responsibilities include managing project submittals, change orders, subcontractors, billing, and closeout, as well as tracking production and performing takeoffs for proposals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as APM or PM in turnkey site development
• Ability to read civil plans and knowledge of site work
• Strong admin skills with cover sheets, costing sheets, AIA, change order tracking
• Experience communicating with clients or General Contractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe, Blue Beam, project management software a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage crews
• Communicate with client to ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently
• Manage project start-up (submittals, Miss Utility, Safety Paperwork)
• Create and track change orders, problem-solve with superintendent and client
• Track production using Excel template
