You'll provide world-class technical support to customers of a leading managed WordPress hosting provider. You'll troubleshoot issues from 120k+ businesses via live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate feedback.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own customer issues from report to resolution
- Research and troubleshoot technical problems
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
๐ Requirements
- English fluency with excellent written communication
- Customer service skills and online support experience
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP
- Understanding of WordPress architecture
- WP-CLI experience
