You'll provide world-class technical support to customers of a leading managed WordPress hosting provider. You'll troubleshoot issues from 120k+ businesses via live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate feedback.

  • Own customer issues from report to resolution
  • Research and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • English fluency with excellent written communication
  • Customer service skills and online support experience

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP
  • Understanding of WordPress architecture
  • WP-CLI experience
