💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers to shape what gets built across AI, BI, and data engineering, driving the roadmap in close collaboration with customer PMs. You'll own the lifecycle of customer-driven platform capabilities, turning requests into well-scoped specs that teams can deliver. This role offers direct customer influence and the chance to spot opportunities for platform growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in customer roadmap discussions and align needs with platform capabilities
• Write clear, detailed specs for engineering delivery
• Identify when customer-built solutions should become platform features
• Manage multiple delivery streams while maintaining priorities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of PM experience in enterprise software, data, or analytics
• Direct customer-facing work experience
• Strong requirements discovery skills
• Experience in BI, data engineering, or AI-driven analytics
