🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and wire harnesses
• Place through-hole and surface mount components on PCBs
• Perform soldering and mechanical terminations
• Install mechanical connections including screws, bolts, and plugs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical systems
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and use hand/power tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
