Description

You will perform accurate calibrations at customer sites in the Dallas area, working directly with clients to ensure quality service and compliance with industry standards. This role is suitable for both entry-level and experienced candidates, with paid training provided.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations in the Dallas, TX area and occasional overnight out-of-state travel

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
• Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
• Work directly with the client throughout the calibration process
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration records and documentation
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates
