💼 About This Role
You'll design and manage commercial incentive plans for a leading freelance marketplace, ensuring they drive the right behaviors. You'll own the compensation playbook and implement plans in Salesforce while providing actionable performance insights to leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and review commercial team pay plans and maintain the official playbook
- Partner with Sales Stack and Product Managers to implement plans in Salesforce
- Drive the half-yearly target setting process with Data and FP&A teams
- Monitor individual performance and provide actionable insights
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery
- Experience with Looker, Amalia, Pigment, or Salesforce
- Strong communicator able to present to executive team and field teams
