🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, build, and lead an AI-first engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering experience with strong technical background
• 2+ years managing engineering teams directly
• Demonstrated ability leading teams building AI/automation systems in production
• Experience moving business from human-led to autonomous software-driven processes

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight technology
