💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts at FitzMark, a third-party logistics provider. Your core impact is ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and identifying opportunities for account growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate professionally with accounts and team members via phone, email, and in person.
• Track growth and decline of managed accounts, identifying new opportunities.
• Use TMS to enter bids and document customer interactions.
• Provide quick, effective solutions to customer problems.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in logistics preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in customer service preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
