Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes for scheduled shifts (4 to 12 hours)
• Follow and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Provide hands-on care to one client per day
