💼 About This Role

You'll own Givebutter's commercial contracting function and serve as a trusted legal partner across teams. You'll build and refine contracting playbooks, AI-powered legal workflows, and negotiate deals that protect the company's reputation with nonprofits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• First-chair all inbound vendor agreements and outbound customer contracts
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and self-serve legal tools
• Implement and optimize AI-powered contract review workflows
• Counsel product teams on compliance-by-design for new features

📋 Requirements

• Deep commercial contracting experience negotiating SaaS, vendor, and data processing agreements
• Built contracting processes from scratch including templates and approval workflows
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for legal work in practice
• Strong product counseling skills to spot legal issues in product specs
