Description

You will execute the end-to-end provider staffing lifecycle, managing the matching process to align providers with assignments based on clinical fit and licensing. You'll monitor pipelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to support scalable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in high-volume operational, coordination, or data management role
• Proven ability to manage workflows and ticket queues (e.g., ZenDesk)
• Experience supporting process improvements and identifying inefficiencies
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic Excel skills and ability to perform data analysis

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end staffing process from deal notification to provider assignment
• Own provider-to-assignment matching based on clinical fit, licensing, and utilization goals
• Conduct daily monitoring of Salesforce pipeline for staffing needs
• Coordinate with Clinical Managers and Customer Success for assignment follow-up
• Manage cross-licensing request initiation and track progress
