💼 About This Role

You'll assist with day-to-day technology needs, including basic IT support and workstation setup, helping employees resolve common technical issues in a fast-paced office environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and install basic IT equipment including laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Assist employees with password resets, login problems, and peripheral setup.
• Move and set up workstations during office changes or new hires.
• Maintain IT inventory, unbox/label equipment, and document issues.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field (rising junior/senior preferred).
• Basic familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Comfortable troubleshooting simple technical issues (logins, printers, Wi-Fi, peripherals).
• Able to work at least 20 hours per week onsite in Greensboro, NC.

• Previous customer service or campus IT/help desk experience.
