Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Moveworks, you will define the user experience and visual language of our enterprise SaaS product, collaborating with product and engineering to transform complex challenges into simple solutions. You will be the voice for the user in all product discussions, conducting usability testing and research to ensure we ship a product that solves user problems elegantly and iteratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, engineering design, cognitive science, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product/interaction design experience with enterprise UI/SaaS and mobile standards
• Portfolio of interaction and visual design work
• Experience shipping Enterprise Admin experiences
• Experience leading other designers as a project lead

Responsibilities

• Define the user experience and visual language of a game-changing product
• Develop design flows, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and UI design
• Collaborate with product and engineering to bring ideas to life while meeting scope and technical feasibility
• Articulate design concepts and UX processes, building rapid prototypes for stakeholder alignment
• Conduct usability testing and user research interviews to share findings with the team
