💼 About This Role

You'll join a squad as the ultimate technical authority for our Elixir/Phoenix ecosystem, architecting high-scale systems for prenatal AI. You'll own the hardest problems end-to-end, from scoping to implementation, while distributing knowledge across the team. We're a mission-driven startup improving women's and children's health, with real room to shape how we build.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect high-scale, resilient Elixir/Phoenix systems.
• Own hardest problems end-to-end from scoping to implementation.
• Author RFCs/ADRs for cross-squad changes and review designs.
• Drive refactors and tech-debt reductions that unlock velocity.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of Elixir in production at scale.
• Deep BEAM mastery: GenServers, Phoenix, Ecto/PostgreSQL.
• Distributed systems in a cloud context: fault tolerance, clustering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, fintech).
• React / TypeScript familiarity.
• French language.
