You'll own the analytical strategy across Foodsmart's member growth engine, spanning marketing and product analytics. You'll drive experimentation, causal inference, and attribution models that shape acquisition investment and member engagement. This role operates across the full analytical stack—from dbt data models to predictive modeling to executive narrative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own analytical strategy for end-to-end marketing funnel and product analytics domain.
• Design and lead experimentation program across marketing and product with causal inference.
• Own Statsig implementation and serve as internal expert on experiment instrumentation.
• Evolve attribution framework including multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation.
• Deep hands-on expertise in experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong background in attribution modeling (multi-touch, media mix).
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong proficiency in Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with call center or contact center analytics.
• Experience in marketplace business models or healthcare/Medicaid.
• Master's degree in quantitative or technical field.
