🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to place meal orders
• Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Input order info into client order screen and database
• Contact case managers via phone/email when special situations arise

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Clear oral communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year call center experience
• Experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone, CRM systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish
