💼 About This Role

You'll own Moxie's Semantic Layer that powers strategic initiatives like Practice Intelligence and AI-driven insights. You'll shape the data foundation for a growing medspa platform, moving from descriptive to predictive analytics. This role is ideal for an early data hire wanting to set standards, not inherit them.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the Semantic Layer (dbt + Omni) for benchmarking and segmentation
• Develop high-quality datasets for embedded AI with 98%+ accuracy
• Lead Revenue Reconciliation workstream within Data Governance
• Partner with BizOps to establish correlation metrics for sales enablement
• Lay groundwork for predictive analytics from descriptive reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years in analytics engineering or closely related role
• Deep dbt and SQL expertise for scalable data models
• Ability to bridge engineering and business, discussing KPIs like AOV
• AI-curious builder with experience using LLMs or AI tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to vertical SaaS or healthcare-adjacent data environments
• Experience as an early or foundational data hire
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
