πΌ About This Role
You'll own the growth strategy for AI-powered mobile apps like Genie and Fotorama, driving multi-channel user acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Your core impact will be scaling campaigns to reach millions of users while maximizing ROAS and experimenting with new channels.
π― What You'll Do
- Plan and optimize high-budget UA campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and analyze creative data.
- Manage and optimize acquisition flows from first impression to subscription.
- Analyze MMP data (AppsFlyer/Adjust) to turn raw data into profitable growth decisions.
- Bridge marketing and product teams to improve onboarding and retention based on campaign insights.
π Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing high-volume UA campaigns for mobile apps (iOS & Android).
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Understanding of SKAN purchasing principles and mobile attribution.
- Data fluency to analyze large datasets and turn insights into actionable decisions.
