💼 About This Role

You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism in a collaborative clinic setting. You'll supervise behavior technicians and provide family training to help each client reach their potential. This role offers small caseloads and a strong focus on gold-standard implementation of ABA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
• Design treatment plans and measurement systems
• Provide case oversight and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Conduct family training and complete billing documentation

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• 1+ years experience in ABA
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
