💼 About This Role

You'll join a 2-year fast-track leadership program in Picnic's supply chain. You'll gain hands-on experience in fulfillment center management and lead teams, processes, and strategic projects. This role offers a clear path to Operations Manager with international exposure and real impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise a shift in the fulfillment center as a team leader
• Plan, coordinate, and lead your team to meet performance targets
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity
• Work on cross-location strategic projects in supply chain optimization

📋 Requirements

• Completed or nearly completed Master's degree in logistics, SCM, or related field
• First practical experience in supply chain through internships or student jobs
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
