💼 About This Role

You'll join Toast's founding Retail team to sell the new POS platform to convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. Using a consultative approach, you'll prospect and close new accounts in an assigned geographic territory. This role offers uncapped commissions and the chance to build a new vertical.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with retail businesses
• Manage sales cycle from initial call to close
• Conduct product demos and tailor solutions
• Leverage Salesforce to track sales activities

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Lives in or near Richmond, VA with 25% travel willingness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
