You'll own client relationships for a portfolio of law firm clients, ensuring a white-glove experience from onboarding through every session. Your core impact is driving retention and expansion by acting as a trusted advisor on deposition management and litigation support. This role sits at the intersection of client relations, operations, and cross-functional coordination in a well-funded legal tech startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of law firm client relationships.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth platform adoption.
- Coordinate deposition session logistics with the Operations team.
- Surface client feedback to internal teams for product improvements.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
- Experience in legal, court reporting, or litigation support.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a client-first presence.
- Proven problem-solving under pressure and resolving operational issues.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with legal technology platforms or deposition management systems.
- Familiarity with litigation support workflows like resource allocation and transcript certification.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
