Your core impact is driving retention and expansion by acting as a trusted advisor on deposition management and litigation support. This role sits at the intersection of client relations, operations, and cross-functional coordination in a well-funded legal tech startup.

  • Own and manage a portfolio of law firm client relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth platform adoption.
  • Coordinate deposition session logistics with the Operations team.
  • Surface client feedback to internal teams for product improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
  • Experience in legal, court reporting, or litigation support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a client-first presence.
  • Proven problem-solving under pressure and resolving operational issues.

  • Experience with legal technology platforms or deposition management systems.
  • Familiarity with litigation support workflows like resource allocation and transcript certification.
