🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve merchant requests around WRO and URO issues
• Work with onsite partners to resolve merchant concerns and escalations
• Investigate WRO discrepancies reported by partner personnel
• Schedule daily loads through carriers and manage BOL requirements

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with critical timelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts

• Experience with appointment scheduling software like NOVA
• Knowledge of Jira ticketing system
