You'll own the support tech stack and AI infrastructure that powers a 96%+ CSAT support team. You'll drive AI-powered deflection and agent copilot initiatives while maintaining operational excellence. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the support tech stack end-to-end: Intercom, TalkDesk, Assembled, Scorebuddy, Enterpret.
  • Lead AI and automation initiatives including Fin AI and internal agent copilot.
  • Design and document support workflows: escalation paths, routing, macros.
  • Maintain data hygiene and operational reporting dashboards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Support Engineering, Revenue, Product, and Marketing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with support platforms at admin level (Intercom, Zendesk, or similar).
  • Experience with AI tools in a support context (chatbots, deflection, copilots).
  • Comfortable with JSON, HTML, CSS, or JS or eager to learn with AI assistance.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with TalkDesk, Assembled, Scorebuddy, Enterpret.
  • Background in SaaS support operations.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and MCPs.
