You'll lead day-to-day financial operations for a fast-growing vacation rental scale-up, ensuring accounting accuracy and process improvements. You'll simplify complex challenges and see the real impact of your work on the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee month-end close and reconciliations for UK & Spain GAAP.
• Improve systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Supervise procurement and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Handle tax compliance including VAT, corporate tax, and SII.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of Finance or Accounting experience (SaaS preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English and good knowledge of Spanish.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Netsuite, Embat, and ZIP.
• Experience with US Sales Tax.
• Project management and tool integration experience.
