You'll serve as the first impression of Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, providing friendly and efficient services to clients. You'll maintain front and back office, assist providers with procedures, and provide patient education in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide warm, patient-centered customer service and check-in processes
• Assist clinicians with in-office procedures and blood draws
• Educate patients on reproductive health topics via phone or in person
• Maintain accurate medical records, lab tests, and inventory

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Customer service experience, preferably in medical field
• Commitment to non-judgmental care and organizational mission

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with electronic health records
• Bilingual skills
