You will oversee clinical leadership in Assistive Care and Assistive Care State Programs, collaborating with senior leaders to define standards, drive high-quality care, and promote growth. This role involves travel (approximately 40%) and focuses on exceptional outcomes and innovation in home care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years home care experience with operational and clinical leadership
• Strong background in senior home care and personal care services
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with state regulations and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Lead AC/ACSP clinical programs to achieve best-in-class standards
• Evaluate operational performance and adapt plans for desired outcomes
• Develop new clinical programs and procedures
• Mentor and support clinical leaders, including training and retention
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and payor requirements
