You will lead the Dove social studio as senior client lead, managing client relationships, driving creative quality, and growing the offering. As part of OLIVER Agency, you'll shape Dove's social presence across 15 markets, working at newsroom speed to create culturally relevant content and turn conversations into cultural moments.

• Proven experience as Account Director or senior client lead in social/marketing
• Strong strategic partnership and client relationship skills
• Experience leading high-performing creative teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior client lead for Dove studio, owning client relationship health
• Steer development of studio scope and capabilities
• Ensure team delivers outstanding social-first creative and strategy
• Build trust with senior Dove stakeholders and identify growth opportunities
• Guide creation of platform-native social content and community management
