You'll join the Trust Engineering team building foundational services for identity verification, PII tokenization, and secure file handling. Your work will power every product that handles sensitive data at EarnIn. This role offers remote flexibility with opportunities to collaborate across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, design, and ship features across trust core services
• Own a defined slice of Trust's surface area end to end
• Make architectural decisions for backend services
• Partner with product and engineering teams for smooth integration

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong RESTful API design experience
• Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Excellent cross-team communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Production Go experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Background in KYC, PII handling, or fraud
