💼 About This Role

You'll lead the billing team within the Financial Shared Service Hub, managing complex invoicing across multiple entities. You'll drive system improvements in Zuora Billing and Salesforce to standardize order-to-cash workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable billing architecture in a growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily bill runs and approve draft invoices for high-value deals.
• Define daily priorities and support the billing team's operational activities.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, FinOps, and Collections on order-to-cash workflows.
• Build reports and track metrics to monitor billing accuracy and closing deadlines.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in billing, order-to-cash, or financial operations.
• Deep system expertise with Zuora Billing, Salesforce, and Workday.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and alignment skills to resolve disputes.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
