💼 About This Role

You'll join RevenueCat, the default monetization platform for mobile apps, as a Customer Storyteller. You'll get close to ambitious customers, earn their trust, and tell their stories in ways that inspire builders. This role is deeply cross-functional, working with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to surface and shape compelling narratives across video, written, and event formats.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview customers and build trust quickly to surface story-worthy moments.
• Produce customer stories across video, written, events, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align stories to product value.
• Orchestrate freelancers and production partners to bring stories to life.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content, customer marketing, or product marketing.
• Shipped customer stories that supported marketing, sales, or brand credibility.
• Comfortable interviewing customers and building trust quickly.
• AI-first mindset and use of modern tools to move faster.
