🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day People and HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate offers, prepare onboarding experiences, and support new hire ramp
• Maintain employee data, documentation, and reporting across HR systems
• Support employee experience programs, culture initiatives, and internal events

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles
• Strong operational instincts and detail orientation
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Startup adaptability in a fast-moving environment
