You'll act as a technical authority for high-speed digital circuit design and signal integrity across aerospace programs. Your core impact will ensure reliable performance of digital electronics from architecture through production sustainment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-speed digital circuit design and signal integrity analysis across programs
• Define digital hardware architecture and design approaches
• Set standards for board design, stack-up, SI/PI analysis, and verification
• Resolve cross-disciplinary issues involving digital, RF, power, and mechanical teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Technical leadership of complex high-speed digital hardware
• Deep understanding of digital design fundamentals (timing, signal integrity)
• Experience with FPGAs, processors, memory, and high-speed data converters

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in EE or related field
• Experience with Altium Designer
• Expertise in signal integrity analysis tools (HyperLynx, Sigrity, etc.)
