💼 About This Role

You'll drive Synthflow AI's expansion into European enterprise organisations, working closely with Account Executives to target multi-layered accounts and generate executive-level conversations. Your insights will help shape the EU outbound playbook and accelerate deal momentum. This role offers early exposure to high-value enterprise sales with a clear path to advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritise enterprise accounts across a defined European territory
• Conduct deep account research to uncover AI initiatives and executive priorities
• Map multi-threaded buying committees across business, IT, and operations
• Generate outbound pipeline through insight-led multi-channel outreach

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS
• Exposure to mid-market or enterprise selling environments
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders with professionalism
• Fluency in German and English
