You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing visibility into executive decision-making. This role offers exposure to top-tier investors and ecosystem players.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute M&A strategy aligned to corporate objectives
• Identify and evaluate opportunities across core and adjacent markets
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis
• Participate in due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance
• Experience with M&A diligence and transaction execution
• Experience in or strong interest in telecom / technology / CSP space
