You'll act as the strategic and technical advisor to MSSP and MSP partners, helping them deploy and operationalize the NodeZero platform across their customer base. You'll drive partner lifecycle success from onboarding to advocacy, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of MSSP/MSP/GSI partners
  • Lead technical onboarding and training sessions for partner teams
  • Monitor partner engagement and usage data to identify growth opportunities
  • Create scalable partner resources like guides and QBR frameworks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, TAM, or Partner Enablement
  • Strong understanding of MSSP/MSP business models and security services
  • Technical fluency in cybersecurity solutions
  • Demonstrated success building long-term partner relationships

  • Experience with revenue-based goals tied to partner adoption
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA, and Confluence
