You will lead a team of product designers to improve the Retail Classic experience, focusing on checkout flows, reporting, and loyalty features. Your role combines strategic thinking with design craft to drive user-centric solutions and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years industry experience in people management on a Design team
• Bachelor's in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication
• Applied experience in retail industry with service design foundations
• Proficiency with Figma, Google Suite, Miro
• Experience with Agile design sprint methodologies and Jira

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business objectives into actionable solutions
• Develop and communicate holistic design strategies using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Lead teams in defining design system components and ensuring consistency
• Coach and mentor team members, oversee project delivery and workload
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies into design approaches
