🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist members with questions on using the Range platform
• Serve as first line of defense for technical issues
• Diagnose problems and offer effective solutions quickly
• Create and maintain a knowledge library of how Range works

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a support or technical role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Written communication skills
• Experience with financial services technology

• SaaS startup or FinTech experience
• BS or BA degree
