Description

As a Technical Project Manager at Kargo, you'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA to plan and deliver front-end technical projects end-to-end. You'll own roadmap timelines, lead Agile ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, and support releases in a fast-paced adtech environment. This role is hybrid, based in Waterford, Ireland.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience with software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC
• Hands-on experience using Jira for sprint and delivery tracking
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts like architecture, APIs, and deployments
• Preferred: experience in Ad Technology or with internal/external workflow, ad server, CMS, or SaaS products

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver front-end technical projects from definition through release
• Own roadmap delivery timelines and sprint commitments, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans
• Translate product requirements into clear execution plans with technical dependencies
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate releases, go-live activities, and post-release learnings
