You'll drive operational rigor and commercial execution for early-stage startup programs at a16z Speedrun. You'll build the performance measurement foundation and AI-first operational strategy. This role offers exposure to top-tier VC investing and a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build KPI and reporting frameworks for GTM programs
• Define AI strategy and automate GTM operations
• Develop AI-native tooling for outbound sales and projects
• Create strategy and roadmap for self-serve marketplace platform

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of go-to-market experience in ops, strategy, or consulting
• Track record defining and operationalizing KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows and automation tools
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
