You'll drive enterprise sales of the Qualtrics XM platform to top auto and manufacturing firms in Japan. Your work directly links experience data to financial outcomes for executive stakeholders. This role offers rare exposure to cross-functional strategy and CX/EX integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop new business with major auto and manufacturing companies
  • Propose integrated CX/EX use cases to senior executives
  • Lead solution scoping and deal orchestration across multi-stakeholder teams
  • Manage pipeline using Salesforce and collaborate with marketing

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales to manufacturing or automotive
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription models with multi-stakeholder deals
  • Proven track record in consultative selling to C-level executives
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

  • Sales experience in CX, EX, HRTech, or MarTech
  • Consulting background in manufacturing or automotive
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
